PERSONAL HEALTH RISK ASSESSMENT

(PHRA)

Communicable & Non-communicable disease

Just how affected is your workforce?

And what preventative measures do you have in place?

PHRA interventions are delivered in both the white and blue-collar workplace, planned with you the client in order to maintain optimal productivity, whilst achieving maximum attendance.  The interventions provide an opportunity for employees to voluntarily check their personal health status, offering screening for:

  • Hypertension,
  • Glucose levels
  • Cholesterol levels
  • Body Mass Index
  • HIV
  • Tuberculosis

The screening is conducted by Calibre staff on a ‘one to one’ basis, ensuring total confidentiality of the tests selected and the results.  Employees receive all their results and are advised appropriately, at point of care.  All employees who’s results indicate a risk to their health are followed up telephonically, with referral to our Lifestyle Disease Management Programme where applicable.

A comprehensive intervention report is provided to you the client, providing aggregated data of the results for each screened condition. The health indicators contained in the report enables management to understand the health risk to the workforce and to align health policies, programmes, interventions and education, to address, contain and mitigate the risk.
